The courts at Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any right you may have to bring proceedings elsewhere under a law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Nothing here affects any right you have to raise a grievance with us or to complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the Act.
